Policies

A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of $100 will be required when booking an appointment to secure the spot. 100% of the deposit will go towards the amount that's due on the day of the appointment. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. Canceling your appointment will result in losing your deposit.

Age Requirements

You must be 18+ to get this procedure done even with parental consent

NO guests or pets allowed due to cross contamination and interruption. Please be respectful and understand that the brow technician must focus on a permanent tattoo procedure. There is a quiet waiting area outside of the studio where your guest(s) may wait at.

Guest Policy

Rescheduling/Cancellation/ Late Arrivals

You must arrive no later than 20 minutes from your scheduled appointment time. After 20 minutes, we have to reschedule to the next available date/time. 5 days notice is required if you need to reschedule an appointment to another date and time. Only ONE time rescheduling is allowed. If you fail to do so your deposit will be forfeited. 

Cancellation fee: $35.00 

Retouches

All foreign retouches will be considered as a new set of brows. Please book accordingly.

General Information

All results will vary per person depending on their: skin, blood type, lifestyle, existing hair, bone structure, any medications taken and aftercare.

If you have previous eyebrows tattooed , PLEASE TEXT 980-622-1806 a clear photo of your brows and get an approval BEFORE booking an appointment. If you fail to do so, I will refuse service and your deposit will be forfeited because not all previous tattoo from other artist can be fixed or covered.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Disqualification List

Scheduling an appointment with failure to notice these conditions will result in a  refusal of service and the deposit will be forfeited

  • Pregnant or nursing

  • History of Keloids or Hypertrophic scarring

  • Diabetic (require doctor’s clearance)

  • Chemotherapy (consult your doctor)

  • Viral infections and/or diseases

  • Epilepsy

  • Pacemaker or major heart problems

  • Organ transplant

  • Skin irritations or Psoriasis near the treated area (rashes, sunburn, acne, etc.)

  • Sick (cold, flu, etc.)

  • Accutane in the past year

  • Had Botox in the past 2 months

  • Heart conditions, Uncontrolled High Blood Pressure, Poor general health.

  • Any treatment, medication, or illness that compromises the immune system / healing would make you NOT a good candidate for micropigmentation procedures.
